How do I personalize my dart flights?
First, choose your desired flight system, as well as the appropriate color, shape, and length. Then you can upload your desired motif, logo, or lettering directly when placing your order. Your motif will be checked by us and prepared for engraving on your flights. After that, your flights will be custom-made for you.
What designs can I have engraved?
In principle, many different designs are possible.
For example:
• Names and player names
• Lettering
• Logos
• Club motifs
• Symbols
• Own designs
Since the surface of a dart flight is limited, not every design is equally suitable for engraving.
If your design cannot be implemented or can only be implemented to a limited extent, we will of course contact you.
Will my design be checked before engraving?
Yes.
Every uploaded design is checked by us before production.
We check if the design can be engraved cleanly and looks good on the flight.
If adjustments are necessary or if there are any questions, we will contact you before production.
How does the engraving look on different flight colors?
Can I use my own logo or club logo?
Yes.
You can upload your own logo or club design.
Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that you hold the necessary rights of use for the uploaded design.
Can every image be engraved?
Not every image is equally suitable.
Very small details, photos or motifs with many color gradients can only be displayed to a limited extent on a dart flight.
We will check your design and inform you if adjustments are necessary.
Can I order different designs within one set?
How long does the production take?
As each flight is custom-made, the production time depends on the current order volume.
You can find the current processing time directly in the shop.
When will my order be processed?
As soon as your order and payment have been received by us.
If we have any questions about your design, production will only begin after we receive your response.
Can I return personalized flights?
Since personalized products are manufactured specifically to your specifications, cancellation is generally excluded.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us – we will of course find a solution.
What do I do if there's something wrong with my order?
Simply contact us by email or by using our contact form.
Please also send us a photo of the problem, if possible.
This will allow us to process your request quickly.
Can I order larger quantities for clubs or teams?
Yes.
Whether for a club, team, or league – larger orders with multiple names or different designs are always possible.

Which flight systems can be personalized?
You can find all currently available Flight Systems directly in our shop.
Our product range is regularly expanded.
How do I care for my engraved flights?
The engraving is permanently etched into the material and will not wear off immediately with normal use.
Nevertheless, we recommend cleaning the flights only with a soft cloth and avoiding harsh cleaning agents.
